The Waybill is the division's quarterly newsletter. Division members can
elect to receive the newsletter by email or post. See the latest
issue for details.

To receive the newsletter by email, your current email address must be
on file with the NMRA National Administration Dept. Email
nmrahq@aol.com to update or change your email and mailing addresses.
The Division does not maintain separate membership data, we use the
information provided quarterly by NRHS to correspond with you.
You will not receive The Waybill by email unless your email address is kept current with NRHS headquarters.
